COVID-19 Updated Information June 2020

Please ensure you wear a face covering when entering the surgery, this could be in the form of a mask, scarf or anything similar which covers your nose and mouth.

If you have been identified as having symptoms of COVID-19 infection you need to go home and self isolate for 7 days from the onset of your symptoms. If you live with others they need to isolate for 14 days from the onset of your illness. If anyone else in the household starts displaying symptoms, they need to stay at home for 7 days from when the symptoms appeared, regardless of what day they are on in the original 14 day period.

The Surgery will be closed on the dates below due to Bank Holidays:-

We will reopen at 8am the following day as normal.

1/2 Day Closure for Staff Training

New Dates for 2020

The surgery will close at 12 noon on the following dates for staff training. The surgery will re-open at 8am on the following day as normal.

Should you require medical attention while the surgery is closed, please phone 111.

  • Do you find it hard to read our letters?
  • Do you need someone to support you at appointments?
  • Do you need information in large print or easy to read?
  • Do you need a British Sign Language interpreter or advocate?
