I will be sending out the rest of the venue dates as soon as I can confirm them, before the end of this month…
I have also attached the 3rd April Poster for the shows, which will be updated as the confirmations comes through for the outstanding venues…
I know most of you know the stallholder conditions, but there will be a few new stallholders this year, so here are the 9 conditions:
Conditions to be a stallholder.
1) Services on offer must benefit unpaid carers, patients and the cared for.
2) All advice and signposting on the day is free of charge
3) No financial transactions are to take place at the show
4) No fundraising is allowed
5) Stallholders can make follow up appointments with visitors should the visitor require ongoing support.
6) Any charges or fees for follow up appointments are to be explained to the visitor and the visitor is given contact details so they can cancel without charge should they change their mind.
7) All stallholders will have to keep records during the show to ensure they are accurately able to complete the Stall Activity Summary Form.
8) All stalls are to be kept open for the duration of the show.
9) All stallholders must have up to date Public Liability Insurance.
